Fax Functionality

The iXware platform offers users fax functionality. The iXware fax module makes it possible to send and receive fax messages from your desktop. Sending a fax becomes as easy as printing a document from any Windows application.

• Central File Conversion

  The iXware central file conversion makes it possible to fax any Windows application document immediately.

  
  

• Printing Incoming Fax Messages

  iXware makes it possible to not only deliver an incoming fax message to the user, but also to route this message to a printer. This allows an immediate hard copy of important incoming fax messages.

  
  

• Archiving Messages

  Incoming and outgoing fax messages can be archived and retrieved from the iXware platform. (An automatic back-up is possible as well).

  
  

• Header Information

  It is possible to create a standard heading (CSID) for all users and/or create individual fax headings.

  
  

• Cover Pages

  IXware makes it possible to send cover pages with fax messages. Both global and personalized cover pages can be created. Cover pages can include information about the fax message such as sender information, recipient information, etc.

  
  

• Centralized Fax

  iXware makes it possible to centralize fax messages for, a users group, department, etc. Every user within the department can be given insight into inbound and outbound fax messages.
